Nuberu Pro Digital Refund and Access Policy

This Digital Refund and Access Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, delivery, and product access are handled on the Nuberu Pro website.
Nuberu Pro provides digital resources created for software engineers, data engineers, DevOps professionals, and technical teams. These products may include data engineering courses, infrastructure-as-code libraries, code review toolkits, observability resources, monitoring kits, onboarding systems, technical templates, and other professional learning or workflow materials.
All products sold on Nuberu Pro are delivered digitally. Because digital products are made available immediately or shortly after purchase and cannot be physically returned, all orders are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Digital Product Delivery
All products available through Nuberu Pro are digital resources only.
Delivery is considered complete once the purchased product has been made available through a download link, customer account, course area, resource library, email delivery, documentation portal, or any other digital access method used by Nuberu Pro. Once access details, files, or product links have been provided, the order is considered delivered.
Because these are digital goods, they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical products.
Final Sale Rule
All purchases made through Nuberu Pro are generally final.
Since digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after delivery, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not normally available once access has been granted. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase to make sure the product matches their needs.
Limited Refund Exceptions
Although purchases are generally non-refundable, refund requests may be reviewed in a limited number of situations where there is a verified issue with billing or delivery. These exceptions include:

a duplicate charge for the same purchase

a confirmed failure by the Nuberu Pro platform to provide access to the product

a corrupted or unusable file that cannot be replaced or corrected
Where one of these issues is confirmed, Nuberu Pro may first attempt to resolve the matter by restoring access, reissuing the product, or replacing the affected file. A refund may be considered only if the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as changing your mind after purchase, buying the wrong product, misunderstanding the product description, no longer needing the resource, or expecting features that were not clearly described on the product page.
Refunds will also not be granted because of lack of technical knowledge, lack of familiarity with how to use the material, unsupported software or systems, or a product not fitting the customer’s preferred workflow where the product was delivered as described.
Product Access and File Responsibility
After a successful purchase, customers receive access to the purchased digital product through the delivery method used for that product. Depending on the item purchased, this may include downloadable files, technical documentation, course content, code resources, or resource libraries.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their downloaded materials after delivery and for securely storing any files or resources made available to them.
Compatibility and Usage Responsibility
Products sold on Nuberu Pro are intended for educational and professional use by developers, engineers, and technical teams. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product description, intended use, and any stated requirements before purchasing.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their own device, software environment, technical stack, and workflow are compatible with the purchased product. Refunds will not be provided because a customer assumed compatibility or because their internal systems, tools, or setup do not support the resource.
License and Anti-Redistribution
When purchasing from Nuberu Pro, the customer receives a limited license to use the digital product for its intended educational or professional purpose. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property.
Unless Nuberu Pro gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, sublicense, upload, or publicly distribute purchased materials. Customers may also not share private access links, account access, or downloadable files with others.
Unauthorized redistribution or misuse may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact Nuberu Pro first so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after digital delivery has been completed or product access has been granted, Nuberu Pro reserves the right to dispute that claim using available records, including order details, payment confirmation, access logs, and download history.
Where a dispute is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with completed delivery, Nuberu Pro may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
Product and Policy Updates
Nuberu Pro may update, revise, replace, or discontinue digital products, access methods, and resource formats from time to time. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, later versions, or continued revisions.
Refunds will not be issued simply because a product is later changed, improved, expanded, restructured, or discontinued.
Nuberu Pro may also update or modify this policy when necessary to reflect changes in services, digital product delivery, legal requirements, or operational practices. Any updated version will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the current policy.
